Welcome to Karcher Design - Our trainees 2021

This year, as an introduction to their apprenticeships, a trainee excursion took place with apprentices from the second and third years of training. Along with their trainers, we went high up - to a forest climbing park.

In addition to various team-building tasks, which were about strategy, trust and teamwork, they climbed on a total of 10 courses at different levels of difficulty. Our trainees and trainers faced the various challenges of the park and mastered the exercises with great skill and, above all, together as a team. Sometimes even blind trust was necessary here.

We wish all trainees a good start to their apprenticeship in our company.
